These Terms govern your access to and use of Alios. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Definitions
"We" means Alios; "you" means the individual or entity using the Service; "Content" means data, files, comments, tasks, nodes, and artifacts you upload or create.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be legally able to contract; if acting for a company you are authorized.
- You are responsible for credential security and all account activity.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Service Scope
The Service provides project, graph, task, file sharing and collaboration features delivered online. We may add, change, or remove features; material changes will be announced.
4. Content & IP
- You own your Content; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate and improve the Service.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
- Our brand, code, and docs remain ours; no IP rights are granted beyond use of the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
- No abuse, reverse engineering, or interfering with others.
- No scraping or rate abuse; respect API limits.
- No use violating laws, export controls, or third-party rights.
6. Plans, Billing & Taxes
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for taxes unless collected at checkout. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension.
7. Trials & Promotions
Trials may be limited; charges begin after trial unless canceled. We may modify or end trials.
8. Availability & Support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support levels depend on your plan.
9. Security & Privacy
We apply industry-standard security. Report suspected compromise promptly. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
Integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate for violations, non-payment, or legal/security reasons. Content may be deleted after termination unless law requires retention.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Liability
Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim; no indirect or consequential damages.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us for claims arising from your Content or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by the laws of your residence if mandatory rules apply, otherwise by the laws where Alios is established; disputes in competent courts there unless law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
