Refund Policy

This policy explains when payments to Alios may be refunded.

1. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically; fees for a started period are non-refundable unless required by law.

2. Cancellations

  • You can cancel anytime from settings or via support.
  • After cancellation, access continues until period end; no prorated refunds.

3. Trials

Trials are not charged; charges start after trial unless canceled; post-trial charges are non-refundable.

4. Downgrades & Plan Changes

Plan changes usually start next cycle; mid-cycle downgrades are not refunded.

5. Billing Errors

Report billing errors within 15 days; valid errors will be corrected or refunded.

6. Exceptional Refunds

Rare, discretionary refunds/credits may be issued for documented outages over 24h without workaround.

7. Marketplace / Add-ons

Third-party add-ons follow their own refund terms; we are not responsible for them.

8. Chargebacks

Contact us first; unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension.

9. How to Request

Email support@alios.work with account email, invoice ID, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy; continued use means acceptance.
